Custom Order Process
1. Send Your Request
Share your reference image, preferred style, size, quantity, and any special requirements.
2. Evaluation & Quote
We assess the complexity and materials needed, then send you a quote.
3. Deposit
Once you confirm the quote, pay the deposit and we begin designing.
4. First Draft
We send you the first design draft.
5. Revisions
You give feedback, we adjust, and we keep refining until the design is finalized.
6. Full Payment
After the design is confirmed, pay the full amount and we start production.
7. Production & Shipping
Handmade production takes 2–3 weeks. Shipping from Suzhou takes about 7–14 business days.
What We Specialize In
- Decal-style beads (our strongest style)
- Regular hand-painted beads
- Round or 3D beads with complex elements: these require multiple confirmations before we can determine whether they can be made.
Please Note
- Once the design is confirmed and payment is made, the deposit is non-refundable if you cancel.
- Slight variations are unavoidable in handmade items. Please order only if you are comfortable with this.
