Our Story

UU Studio was founded in 2023 by three makers who share a love for handmade crafts.

Annie comes from a fine arts background and specializes in intricate bead work. The delicate brushstrokes and layered patterns you see on our beads are her handiwork. Evelyn handles product styling and visual presentation—she has an eye for turning scattered materials into finished pieces that feel complete. Hazel is our materials expert, dedicated to researching and testing supplies. She selects the paints, accessories, and adhesives we use and sell, making sure every material kit is reliable and easy to work with.

We come from different backgrounds, but we gathered around the same thing: making something warm with our hands.

And so, UU Studio was born.

We create hand-painted beads, decal beads, and the supplies you need to make your own jewelry, phone charms, and bag charms. From the base color of a bead, to every brushstroke, to the final assembled chain—every step is done by hand.

Because everything is handmade, no two beads are exactly alike. Slight variations in brushstrokes or color are not flaws—they are what make each piece one of a kind.

We believe DIY is not just about making things yourself, but about expressing yourself. That's why we also sell the paints, accessories, and adhesives we use, so you can create your own designs at home.

Custom orders are welcome: simply send us your reference image, and we'll paint it onto the beads for you. Production usually takes 2–3 weeks, and shipping from Suzhou takes about 7–14 business days, depending on your country.
